Interesting stats for the first 11 months of the year. There were 186 closed house sales this year compared to 123 for the same time frame last year. Condos were 156 closed this year compared to 133 for January-November 2010. Lot sales are down a bit with 18 closed sales this year compared to 21 for the same time frame last year. Here’s hoping for continued good sales’ numbers this season!
