Good news for August. The total number of sales is up over July numbers.  There were 13 closed home sales with 32 more contingent or pending.  8 closed condo sales with 15 more contingent or pending.  For lots there were 2 closed sales for the month with 5 contingent or pending.  Lets hope this keeps up!
