As of 11/16/13: There were 184 home sales closed with an average price of $926,134 which is up +12.14% from 2012 and down 19.05% from 2006. There were 181 homes sold in all of 2012. Kids Fishing Day on the Causeway

This Saturday, November 9, is the second annual Ding Darling Kids Fishing Derby.  It will be held on the Sanibel Causeway “A” island from 8:30-11:00.
