Number of sales were down compared to June of this year, but numbers are up over July of last year. There were 11 closed house sales in July 2011 with 29 more pending or contingent. For condos, there were 14 closed sales for the month and 11 pending or contingent. There was only one closed lot sale last month with two more under contract. I expect things to be a bit slow the next couple of months, but there are still buyers out there and deals to be had!
