The numbers of sales this year is up in all categories. For 1/1/12-9/1/12 there have been 153 closed condo sales with 10 more under contract. For the same period in 2011 there were 134 closed sales. The Sundial Beach and Golf Resort has been sold to local investors for $2.3 million. The sale closed earlier this month.
