David has experience and knowledge of the Island’s real estate market which is unlike Fort Myers or Cape Coral. Sanibel is very unique in regards to condos, homes, rentals, etc. We would have been lost without him. David was fabulous and diligent through the whole process. He spent a tremendous amount of time fielding my e-mails and educating us on Sanibel neighborhoods.
