Take Your Smart Phone for a Hike

The Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge is in the process of establishing an iNature Trail in the preserve.  It uses a set of QR (Quick Response) codes to give information on the trail and wildlife.  These QR codes are definitely the wave of the future and provide anyone with a smart phone with quick and easy access to information.  QR codes are becoming increasingly popular, but I bet this is the first time it’s been used on a wildlife trail!
