For the month of April 2011 there were 21 closed home sales with 46 pending or contingent. There were 12 condo sales closed with 36 pending or contingent and 2 lots closed with 5 more under contract. These are similar numbers to last year when 16 homes, 16 condos, and 2 lot sales were closed in the month of April.
