Sanibel Real Estate Stats

There have been 6 house closings the past week and 3 condo closings…similar to last weeks 8 house and 3 condo closings.  With the island packed with people, there have been lots of showings and there are currently 34 homes and 37 condos pending or contingent on Sanibel.  Sure hope this continues!
