Lots going on this weekend on the islands and lots of people here if the traffic on Periwinkle is any indication! Celebrate New Years Eve at the Sanibel Rec Center. Tickets in advance are only $15 and include food and entertainment. It’s a safe and fun way to ring in the new year. And don’t forget the Polar Bear Plunge at noon on January 1 at Tarpon Bay Rd. Beach. The Gulf waters have to be chilly after our recent cold snap so you won’t see me there!
