For the first month of the new year there were 9 closed condo sales, 16 contingent or pending with 288 active listings. For residential there were 10 closed sales, 45 contingent or pending, and 274 active listings. Lots were not as busy with only 1 closed sale, 2 contingent and 114 active listings. It looks promising with season just coming on!
