2014 – 111 homes closed with 35 under contract. There was a 6% decrease in the average sale price compared to 2013 and there was a 25% decrease in the average sale price compared to 2006.

2014 – 93 condos closed with 14 under contract. There was a 20% increase in the average sale price compared to 2013 and 21% decrease in the average sale price compared to 2006.

2014 – 14 lots closed with 4 under contract.
