The amenities card includes use of  the main swimming pool , beach chairs, pool towels, access to restaurant and pool bar, cabanas (separate fee), umbrellas (separate fee), tennis (pay to play). Water sports, Explorer Kid's Club (ages 4 -12) pay per activities are available based on seasonality.  Access to the Dunes Championship Golf Course is also included.

The other half of the privately owned units are offered for rental by rental companies such as us (Gopher Enterprises) and generally rent for at least 30%-40% less than through the Hotel.  With these units you do not get daily maid service or an access card for the Club house pool (there are many other pools on the property that you can use free) & Tiki bar or other amenities.  When renting through the Sundial hotel, you learn where your condo location is when you arrive.  When renting through Gopher, we let you choose from available condos so you know which unit you will have booked before you arrive.

When you rent a privately owned condominium through Gopher Enterprises,  you can still purchase an amenities card.  The cost is $25 per adult (over 16) per day.  The amenity fee is to be paid directly to SUNDIAL and you will be given proper ID by the hotel. The amenities must be purchased for a minimum three day stay, not for selected days.
