Experience a wide variety of accommodations at South Seas Resort. Our seasonal rate ranges reflect the opportunity to choose the type of accommodations that best suit your needs. We offer everything from spacious hotel rooms to one-, two- and three-bedroom accommodations. We also offer a selection of private homes, both on property and just outside the resort on Captiva Island. Apart from accommodation type, rate ranges reflect location and view. Locations are available with spectacular views of the Gulf, gardens, marina or golf course and convenient to the beach, marina, restaurants and shopping.

Winter Weeks

- Rates subject to availability and to change without notice
- Nightly rates based on 2 adults or 4 adults; two-bedroom units and private homes based on 6 or more occupants
- Deposit and cancellation policies apply on all confirmed reservations
- Extra person charge is applicable
- State and local taxes not included
- Check-in time after 4 p.m.; check-out prior to 11 a.m.
- Pets are not permitted
- Limited parking does not allow space for motor homes,
            campers, motorcycles and recreation vehicles
- Storage available for boats/boat trailers for a fee

A $75.00 per person per day optional amenities charge includes:

- Use of the fitness room
- Use of beach services
- On-property transportation on open-air trolleys
- Use of resort restaurants
- Access to resort amenities such as golf & boating lessons
                   & rentals.
